The Nature-Inspired Machine Learning Research Group explores intelligent systems grounded in the principles of nature, cognition, and human reasoning. We focus on representation learning, neuro-symbolic reasoning, and foundational models, with knowledge graphs at the core. Our mission is to develop transparent, trustworthy AI that supports scientific discovery and benefits society, nature, and the environment.
